At AL RIDA, we perform Advanced Piping Spool Fabrication with 5-Axis Cutting & Beveling Machine, Multi-function Fit up Machines & Automatic welding Machines. Some of the machines used and their applications are as follows:

5-Axis cutting & Beveling Machine

0-28mm thickness Plasma cutting is used
28-50mm Flame cutting
Cutting in any angle, cutting with angle turning, weldolet cutting etc., can be done
Using High speed beveling machine pipe diameter up to 32” V type, Double v type & J type bevel can be made
Conveyor rack system is used for transporting the pipes from cutting to fit up station

Multi Function Fit up station

Fit-up of pipe with flange, elbow, tee, Reducer can be done
With angle, height adjusting fit up can be done without any misalignment

Automatic welding machine

Size of Job can be welded in auto welding machine : From dia 2” to 32 “
Max length of one pipe can be welded – 12m
Pipe to Pipe, Pipe to fittings, slip on flanges welding can be done
Suitable for Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel & DSS
Total no. Auto welding machines – 6 with PLC controlled & WPS integrated in control Panel
High speed welding maximizes the production, Time consumption of completing each joint welding is only 0.25 times of manual joints

Welding Process:

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)

In line with Data Control system, the daily plan for production is planned and each stage of fabrication can be tracked using a bar-code system until dispatch
